Kitchen News...

This week it is all about the chocolate!

As I'm developing/altering my beloved Prop Lolly packs to a wider and younger chef audience, they'll soon be more adapted for chocolate lollies rather than the original boiled sugar varieties. 

Not forgotten, my sugar varieties are still going but so that smaller, stickier hands can create edible props to play with, thought about keeping them to chocolate.

So, I shall now be posting some chcolatey recipes that I'll be working on this week.

This so far is my choco mood inspiration. YUMYUM

Plus a Shark Lolly Mould as I think its quite quirky.
