Turkish Delight

Turkish delight trial.
Traditional rose flavoured turkish delight, lengthy process but overall the end result was very tasty.
Would need to keep the final pink mixture on the stove for longer as the consistency was not firm enough like original turkish delight. A comment made by turkish 3D student Ayse, but said it was tasty which was pleasing!




















Once chilled overnight or until firm and cool to the touch, turn out onto icing sugar and cut in cubes.

  1. me and mum were talking about the Turkish delights and she said she thought they had corn flour on the outside not icing sugar, maybe that's why they went sticky?
